The operator of a podiatry practice has acquired a 1,000-square-foot medical office suite in Hackensack, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
Brokers with the firm represented both parties in the transaction at 211 Essex St., a four-story, 40,000-square-foot building about a half-mile from Hackensack University Medical Center. The buyer, Michael Lazovik, paid an undisclosed sum in the deal with Nancy Foster, which was arranged by NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning.
In announcing the deal, they noted that 211 Essex St. has on-site parking and provides easy access to Hackensack’s extensive regional health care network, making it well-suited for doctors and other providers.
“Hackensack’s reputation as a health care hub has consistently attracted medical providers to the area,” Lizzack said. “Today’s patients prioritize easy access and proximity to complimentary health care services making it vital for providers to find locations that can fill these needs. 211 Essex Street’s well-maintained interior combined with its location within Hackensack makes it a terrific fit for a variety of providers in need of a convenient location to open up their practice.”
