A supplier of sheds, pool houses and other products has acquired more than 11,000 square feet of retail and industrial space in Hackettstown, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced.
The business, Amish Mike, is located adjacent to the two-acre property at 476 Route 46 West and will use it for additional storage and display space, according to a news release. NAI Hanson’s Anthony Cassano and Dick Hecker represented the buyer as well as the seller, Robbie’s Music City, noting that the site has a 7,200-square-foot retail building and a 4,100-square-foot warehouse with 239 feet of highway frontage and ample on-site parking.
Terms were not disclosed.
“Warren County’s recent population growth makes it an attractive market for retailers looking to establish or grow their presence in northern New Jersey,” Hecker said. “We were proud to represent both the buyer and the seller in this transaction and help them reach a mutually beneficial deal.”
In announcing the sale, NAI Hanson noted that Amish Mike began in 1978 as a family-owned hardware store named Mount Olive Hardware. It’s now New Jersey’s largest supplier of sheds, pool houses, gazebos, indoor and outdoor furniture and other handcrafted products.
