A tenant at a Bergen County office building has found a new satellite office in North Carolina, under a newly announced transaction by NAI James E. Hanson.
Brokers with the firm worked on behalf of NUS Consulting Group, an international energy management consultant, to secure 2,049 square feet of office space at 7621 Little Ave. in Charlotte. The assignment stemmed from NAI Hanson’s role as the leasing agent at One Maynard Drive in Park Ridge, where NUS Consulting is a tenant, allowing it to take on the assignment in conjunction with Charlotte-based NAI Southern Real Estate.
The NAI Hanson team includes Andrew Somple, Justin Allessio and Judy Troiano, who leveraged the resources of the NAI Global network.
“As one of the original members of the NAI Global network, we recognize the tremendous value it brings to not only to our firm but also our clients,” Somple said. “With the ability to connect with leading commercial real estate brokerage firms across the globe, we’re able to efficiently assist clients with their space needs and partner with firms possessing the unparalleled local market knowledge and expertise that the NAI Global network prides itself on. We were pleased to help our client NUS Consulting Group tap into this global resource to secure the space they needed quickly and seamlessly.”
NAI Global, an international network, has more than 375 offices globally.
