A cybersecurity firm is set to open its first New Jersey office in Mount Laurel, following a 4,566-square-foot lease brokered by NAI Mertz.
The Arlington, Virginia-based firm, Two Six Labs LLC, has committed to the space at 5000 Atrium Way under a lease with Stevens Real Estate. The tenant’s new home provides it with a location just off Route 73 and in close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
The NAI Mertz team of Rebecca Ting, vice president, and Julie Kronfeld, sales associate, represented Two Six Labs in the transaction.
“Our client works extensively with federal agencies, universities and private entities on R&D efforts with a focus on national security,” said Ting, whose team was responsible for the sale of 5000 Atrium Way and the adjacent 7000 Atrium Way to Stevens in 2014.
The firm described Two Six Labs as an innovator in the fields of cybersecurity, data science, machine learning, vulnerability research and other specialties. The company works extensively with government agencies, universities and private firms on a wide range of research and development efforts, many focused on national security.
“The location of the building along with its proximity to a significant pool of talented and skilled workers will help us to continue to grow our advanced technology research and development business,” said Chris Greamo, CEO and president of Two Six Labs.
The two buildings at 5000 and 7000 Atrium Way make up the Horizon Corporate Center. Following the transaction, Kronfeld said the brokerage team was “happy to bring the company to a quality location and introduce another outstanding tenant to Horizon Corporate Center.”
