A badminton and table tennis club has leased space in Pennsylvania’s Bucks County, about 45 miles west of New Jersey, in a deal arranged by NAI Mertz.
Joe Sternberg, a senior associate with the Cherry Hill-based brokerage firm, represented Club 28 Badminton in the commitment at 255 South Mount Airy Road in Coatesville, according to a news release. This space will be the business’ third Pennsylvania location, he said, pointing to the growing popularity of sports such as badminton and table tennis.
Club 28 Badminton is leasing the new location from 255 S. Mount Airy Road Partners LP.
“Their space needs are unique and it took some time and hard work to find the appropriate facility for them,” Sternberg said. “I look forward to continuing our long-term relationship.”
