The new owner of a Camden County office building has tapped NAI Mertz as its leasing agent, as it embarks on a set of improvements at the 40,000-square-foot property.
The real estate services firm is representing Yada Property Management in the assignment at 211 Benigno Blvd., which is part of the Interstate Business Park in Bellmawr. NAI Mertz President Scott Mertz and senior vice presidents Rebecca Ting and Joe Riggs will spearhead that effort, which comes two months after the firm brokered the sale of the building.
“We are excited to take on this new assignment and continue our strong business relationship with Yada,” Mertz said. “Interstate is a thriving business park and any business taking space in this property will be amongst a host of great corporate neighbors. We look forward to bringing the building to 100 percent occupancy.”
The Mount Laurel-based brokerage team is marketing availabilities at the property ranging from 3,003 to 20,353 square feet, which is the entire first floor. In a news release, Mertz said Yada has launched several upgrades at the building and is offering signage to a new tenant.
Its location within the 40-building Interstate Business Park provides it with immediate access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 295 and routes 42 and 55. The building has on-site parking, elevator and stair options, glass-enclosed atriums that provide abundant outside natural light to enter the core of the building and interior courtyards.
