NAI Mertz has deepened its bench with a longtime commercial real estate executive, who will help oversee its four offices in South Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
The firm, which is based in Mount Laurel, announced that it has hired Bobbi Jean Formosa as executive vice president and managing director. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the industry, having contributed to the growth of New America Network to NAI Global and serving as executive vice president for the top five ranked global real estate brand.
“We have known Bobbi Jean for many years and admire her approach to organizational management,” said Barry Mertz, the firm’s chairman and CEO. “Her corporate experience, accented by her deep roots in family business management, makes her an ideal fit for our company.”
Formosa has extensive experience in change and performance management, organizational design, process improvement and recruiting and training, Mertz said in a news release, also citing her background in business planning marketing, client services and sales.
