The owner of an industrial flex portfolio in Newark has secured two new tenants for the buildings, in a set of leases totaling nearly 7,400 square feet.
According to The Blau & Berg Co., the listing broker, the deals include a commitment at 24 Libella Court by Associated Imports. The second tenant, which was undisclosed, will use its space at 26 Libella Court for warehousing.
Blau and Berg’s Jason Crimmins, Alessandro (Alex) Conte and Peter Murano represented ownership and the tenant at 24 Libella Court. Guzin Bayraktarlar of United Real Estate represented the user at 26 Libella.
The brokerage team noted that the portfolio, which directly north of Raymond Boulevard and less than a mile from Route 1&9, has another 8,125 square feet available at 32/34 Libella Court and 3,625 square feet available at 28 Libella Court.
