Patricia Giaquinto has joined NAIOP New Jersey as chapter administrator and executive assistant, said Michael McGuinness, CEO of the commercial real estate development group’s New Jersey chapter.
Giaquinto, a Somerset resident, will manage office operations and provide support to the CEO. Her responsibilities include interaction with vendors, processing general inquiries, coordinating with IT consultants, event registration, board meeting backup, maintaining calendars, ensuring adherence to operating procedures and governance policies, and more.
She will replace Kathleen Keating Iola, who is retiring. Giaquinto previously served as director of marketing and operations for Professional Women in Construction in New York City.
“Trish brings extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector, including in a field closely related to commercial real estate, to the position,” McGuinness said. “In that regard, she is exceptionally well-prepared for the challenges that lie ahead.”
