A joint venture has completed vertical construction for a new 360-unit apartment building in Philadelphia, where it hopes to welcome its first residents in early 2024.
The developers, National Real Estate Advisors and Kushner Real Estate Group, have said the project at 200 Spring Garden St. will integrate the city’s Northern Liberties and Old City neighborhoods while offering upscale rentals and amenities. They expect to launch preleasing in December at what’s now known as The Noble, having topped out the 13-story project alongside Hunter Roberts Construction Group and hundreds of men and women from the building trades.

Designed by Handel Architects, The Noble’s architecture takes inspiration from the warehouse-style buildings of Northern Liberties, according to a news release. The L-shaped tower will have amenities such as a 75-foot lap pool, co-working space, a bike room, a juice bar and an amenity lounge, among others, while also offering more than 10,000 square feet of outdoor public green space featuring a custom mural by Mural Arts of Philadelphia.
What’s more, the building will have corner retail space as well as a flagship 17,000-square-foot City Fitness.
