Diversified Properties has unveiled a series of amenities at its new 393-unit high-end multifamily development in Union Township.
According to the firm, residents of Summit Court now have access to a community clubhouse, a pool and a sundeck surrounded by grilling and dining areas, fire pits and lounge seating. Indoor amenities include a fitness center with Peloton bikes, a cardio and strength center and a Wi-Fi lounge with a gaming area, among others.
The offerings at 1776 Patriot Way come around nine months after the launch of leasing for the project’s second and final phase, which added 263 units to the existing 130 homes. Diversified developed the project under a joint venture with Fidelco Realty Group.
“As we near 100 percent occupancy and celebrate another milestone, we are deeply proud of all that we’ve accomplished since the inception of this project,” said Nicholas Minoia, founder and managing partner of Diversified Properties. “Summit Court now stands as one of our shining achievements and, more importantly, a place that hundreds of residents can be proud to call home.”
Located less than a mile from Kean University and the burgeoning Morris Avenue in Union,
Summit Court has a mix of upscale one- and two-bedroom homes. Residents, meantime, are within walking distances of NJ Transit’s Union train station and minutes from the Garden State Parkway, Interstate 78 and Route 22, as well as Newark Liberty International Airport.
