A private entity has reaped $1.3 million from the sale of more than 6,000 square feet of commercial space in Neptune Township, brokers with Sheldon Gross Realty said Monday.
According to a news release, the single-story building at 222 Route 35 has a highly adaptable layout with dedicated office space and an open floorplan, occupying a 0.61-acre parcel. It also has a drive-in loading bay, 10.5-foot ceiling heights and a fenced lot with exterior storage, making it well-suited for various industrial, service and distribution uses.
Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Senior Vice President Jon Gross arranged the sale of the 6,015-square-foot flex property.
“The building’s strategic location and versatility made this a very attractive opportunity,” Gross said. “You can do a lot of things with an office, open space and drive-in loading capability. Plus, proximity to the Garden State Parkway and Route 35 makes this property extremely accessible.”
