A private investor has acquired a net-leased dollar store property in Burlington County for $1.3 million, under a newly announced transaction by Marcus & Millichap.
The brokerage firm represented an LLC in the sale of 315 East Main St. in Wrightstown, the site of an 11,585-square-foot Dollar Tree store. Located about seven miles east of Route 206, the property is adjacent to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.
Marcus & Millichap Investment Specialist Michael Lombardi completed the assignment out of the firm’s New Jersey office.
