Larken Associates is taking reservations for a collection of more than 190 apartments that is now under construction in Hillsborough.
The developer said the units, part of a mixed-use project known as Hillsborough Village Center, are on track to open in mid-2021. Plans call for a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes spread across elevator and duplex-style buildings at 650 Route 206, all of which will be complemented by 28,000 square feet of ground-level retail.
“At the heart of our residential development platform lies a commitment to bring high-quality communities featuring the most in-demand amenities to life throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania,” said David Gardner, CEO and president. “We are excited to begin taking reservations for the Hillsborough Village Center as it brings us one step closer to introducing our Larken Living experience to one of New Jersey’s most exciting communities.”
In a news release, the Branchburg-based developer noted that Hillsborough Village Center will include both market-rate and affordable apartments. The complex will comprise nine duplex garage buildings with private single-bay garages for most residents, with direct walk-up access to their unit, and three mixed-use buildings with 28,000 square feet of ground-level retail with apartments above.
The property will also feature amenities such as a two-story clubhouse with a business center, game room and theater, along with an outdoor heated pool and spa, fitness center, playground, dog park and pet salon.
