A collection of 14 condominiums two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean has hit the market in Long Branch, with move-ins slated for Memorial Day 2025.
Its developer, Bathhaus LLC, has listed what’s known as The Seashore at 345 Second Ave. alongside a team with Douglas Elliman Realty. They noted that each of the three-bedroom townhomes offers more than 3,000 square feet of luxury indoor space, while residents will have access to a ground-floor patio, two balconies on the second floor, a balcony on the third floor and an 800-square-foot rooftop deck.
James Monteforte Architectural designed the project, which has redeveloped the longtime site of the Seashore Day Camp. Pricing at the new condo property starts at $1.999 million.
“From its prime location to its elevated design, this exciting new residential development brings a truly contemporary sense of sophistication to the heart of Long Branch,” said Douglas Elliman’s Todd Katz, who is marketing the homes alongside Chris Katz. “We are thrilled to be part of a project that is sure to attract the most discerning residents, whether for a vacation home or year-round residence.”
Elliman noted that the pet-friendly community has a residents-only pool. Notably, The Seashore is also two blocks from Pier Village, the acclaimed mixed-use property, while it’s 55 miles from New York City and about 80 miles from Philadelphia.
“The Seashore perfectly combines the laid-back feel of a classic beach community with the high-end sophistication of a contemporary high-rise development,” Chris Katz said. “It’s truly a fresh approach to luxury living down the shore.”
