Platinum Developers has filled more than 50 percent of a new 170-unit luxury multifamily property in downtown Bloomfield.
The Marketing Directors, which spearheads leasing at 110 Washington St., announced the milestone recently after the property hit the market mid-July. The firm said the two-building complex has attracted residents with its upscale amenities and a location adjacent to NJ Transit’s Bloomfield station, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with monthly net rents starting at $2,425.
“The community’s reaction to 110 Washington has been overwhelmingly positive, which is evident in our leasing success,” said Jackie Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors.
Amenities at 110 Washington include a modern fitness center with a yoga area, a resident lounge with a fireplace and wet bar, co-working spaces and a game room, plus outdoor spaces such as a landscaped terrace and a waterfront walking path.
