Construction is underway for more than 75,000 square feet of new industrial space in Morris County, according to brokers with Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey.
The leasing team said the 75,500-square-foot project, located at 30 Farinella Drive in East Hanover, will have 36-foot clear ceiling heights, 13 loading docks and one drive-in door. The 11.2-acre site will also have parking for 83 cars and significant green-scape area.
Site work has started and delivery is slated for the fourth quarter, the brokers said. Resource Realty’s Scott Peck and Greg Sabato are leading the assignment.
