A developer has taken the wraps off a new condominium tower in Cliffside Park, a sleek 14-story building that will ultimately deliver 200 luxury homes to the Gold Coast.
The Manhattan-based firm, DMG Investments, said Monday that it was preparing to launch preview sales for the glass exterior building. In doing so, it unveiled a rendering and a new marketing website for the property known as One Park.
Halstead Property Development Marketing will oversee sales for the building, which is rising in a borough located between the George Washington Bridge and Lincoln Tunnel and will have unobstructed views of Manhattan. DMG tapped Architectura to design One Park.
“We’re excited to officially announce One Park to the marketplace which will deliver a new, modern living experience to Cliffside Park and the New Jersey Gold Coast,” Benjamin Watson, vice president of marketing for DMG Investments, said in a prepared statement. “With a location atop the Palisades offering uninterrupted views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline, proximity to New York City and easy access to the local dining and shopping scene in Cliffside Park and along the waterfront’s River Road, One Park will appeal to those looking for a dynamic, convenient and amenity-rich lifestyle.”
The building will feature a glass curtain wall and private outdoor space, DMG said in a news release. Units range from one to four bedrooms, while residents will have access to a host of recreational and social amenities.
Construction is slated for completion in May 2018, according to DMG’s website. One Park’s teaser website can be found at www.OneParkCondosNJ.com.
