The owner of a Pennington office building has signed two new leases and two renewals totaling nearly 3,700 square feet, in a series of deals arranged by Commercial Property Network Inc.
The brokerage firm’s Al Toto arranged the transactions at 65 South Main St., which include a four-year, 1,131-square-foot commitment by James Mullaly Law Offices. The practice, which specializes in immigration law, is slated to move in next month.
Toto’s other recent deals at what’s known as Howe Commons include a new two-year, 913-square-foot lease by Talent Pros. The marketing firm moved in last September.
Meantime, CPN secured a 220-square-foot renewal by therapist Joanna Belsky LLC. Restoring Spirit Therapy, a separate therapy practice led by Emily Mattek, Dr. Anniesha Walker and Elisa Wittkop, signed its own renewal for 1,395 square feet over two years.
