The recent buyer of a two-building, 194,000-square-foot office complex in Bedminster has tapped Colliers International as its leasing agent for the property.
The real estate services firm said it was working on behalf of Northeast Capital Group at The Offices at Bedminster, which sits at 500 and 550 Hills Drive. Sam Horowitz, Chris Hovanec and Ray Iodice are leading the brokerage team, noting that the complex is 86 percent occupied and boasts recent improvements such as an upgraded lobby and a new fitness center.
“We’re excited about the opportunity to work on this project with Northeast Capital Group,” said Hovanec, an executive managing director with Colliers. “The Offices at Bedminster are exceptional buildings with terrific amenities both within the complex and in the immediate vicinity and stand out for their quality and geography.”
The brokers are marketing about 25,000 square feet of available space, noting that they anticipate interest from organizations that are planning to decrease the density of their New York City-area offices as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The property sits near interstates 78 and 287, providing easy access to New York and the surrounding areas, while offering access to nearby amenities including a shopping center, lodging options and restaurants.

Northeast Capital completed its acquisition of The Offices at Bedminster late last month, purchasing the property from New York Life Real Estate Investors for an undisclosed price. JLL’s Morristown-based capital markets team brokered the sale.
