Wolf Commercial Real Estate has brokered a nearly 8,000-square-foot lease at a flex space in Delran, the firm announced Friday.
In a news release, the firm said it exclusively represented both IDEX MPT INC., the tenant, and landlord 1835 Underwood LLC at 1835 Underwood Blvd. in Delran. The tenant, which specializes in providing system solutions for handling and processing powders, granules and tablets, took 7,780 square feet.
WCRE Vice President Christopher Henderson at handled the assignment.
IDEX, doing business as Matcon, makes systems that are based around using intermediate bulk containers to move materials around the manufacturing process steps, the news release said. WCRE said the firm selected 1835 Underwood Blvd. due to its location off Route 130 and its close proximity to Philadelphia, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
The building is a roughly 24,000-square-foot flex building located in The Millside Business Park. The property is in the heart of Burlington County’s Route 130 commercial corridor and is only minutes from the Betsy Ross and Tacony-Palmyra bridges.
