A beauty supply retailer has opened a new store inside the Blue Star Shopping Center in Watchung, Levin Management Corp. announced.
The retailer, Sally Beauty Supply, recently marked the opening of a new 1,950-square-foot store inside the 419,000-square-foot complex along Route 22.
“We are pleased to welcome another exceptional tenant to Blue Star Shopping Center,” E.J. Moawad, Levin’s leasing representative for the property, said in a prepared statement. “Sally Beauty Supply has earned a large and loyal following both with consumers and salon professionals alike, and is a wonderful complement to the center’s existing fashion and beauty co-tenancy.”
Levin, which serves as the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the property, said Sally Beauty Supply is the latest tenant to join Blue Star in the past 12 months. Other new additions include Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, The Weave Shop and Roma Salon.
Sally Beauty Supply has more than 3,500 stores that offer more than 10,000 products for hair, skin and nails through professional lines such as Clairol, L’Oreal, Wella and Conair, according to a news release. Its new store offers a heavily trafficked location along Route 22 between Terrill and Bonnie Burn roads.
The complex is anchored by the likes of Kohl’s, ShopRite, Marshalls, Michaels, Toys ‘R’ Us and Tuesday Morning.
