Creative agency New World Group is celebrating a series of recent awards for its work in the real estate sector in New Jersey and elsewhere in the region.
Based in Secaucus, the firm said its recent honors include three wins at The Nationals 2024 Awards gala in Las Vegas — namely, Gold Awards for Best Logo Design, Best Brochure and Best Use of Technology. The event, part of the National Association of Home Builders International Builders’ Show, recognized New World Group for its work on The Daymark, a new condominium property in Sleepy Hollow, New York, rising along the Hudson River.
The awards celebrated the agency’s creative work in conjunction with The Daymark’s master developers, Biddle Real Estate Ventures and PCD Development, as well as its exclusive marketing and sales agency, The Marketing Directors, according to a news release. The collaboration included a sales tool with immersive 3D virtual model tours, which the firm says has been instrumental in helping to drive sales, with nearly half of the COOKFOX-designed property’s 100 homes sold during the preconstruction phase.
Closer to home, New World Group scored several wins at the New Jersey Builders Association’s 2024 Sales and Marketing Awards in Atlantic City last month. The agency clinched six awards for its work on upscale rental communities across New Jersey, including Best Logo Design for a Rental Community, Best Digital Ad, Best Online Video/YouTube, Best Billboard, Best Website for a Rental Community and Best Signage Program, recognizing the company’s efforts on projects developed by Advance Realty Investors, Hornrock Properties and Sterling Properties.
“We are honored to receive these awards, a testament to the trust placed in us by esteemed developers,” said Chris Seriale, president of New World Group. “Our mission is to craft meaningful branding and advertising campaigns that resonate deeply, ultimately fueling sales and leasing success.”
