Six new tenants have committed to a new Paramus shopping center, under a series of newly announced transactions by The Goldstein Group.
According to the locally based brokerage firm, the deals at 393 Route 17 South include 2,000-square-foot leases with Nothing Bundt Cakes, Juicy Platters, & Pizza and Gregory’s Coffee. Meantime, Strand Salon Studios and Bijou Bridal have taken 8,000 and 7,000 square feet, respectively.
The Goldstein Group’s Chuck Lanyard and Marc Palestina represented the landlord, the Carlson Family Foundation, in each deal. Mark Stanislawski of Retail Strategy represented Nothing Bundt Cakes, which has more than 250 stores nationwide, while Newmark’s Joe Brendel and Dean Tselepis represented both Juicy Platters and & Pizza.
Meantime, Dina Santorelli of Sabre Real Estate represented Gregory’s Coffee, a gourmet coffee and light food shop that has over 50 locations.
“We have seen brisk leasing activity in Paramus the past 18 months, since Paramus continues to be one of the best retail markets in the country,” said Lanyard, the firm’s president, noting that the complex previously was home to a Hooters Restaurant and a hotel.
