The owner of three office buildings in Florham Park and Livingston has appointed Newmark Associates Commercial Real Estate as its leasing team for the properties.
In a news release, the brokers said they’re marketing the locations to professionals seeking short-term leases at high-quality, move-in-ready suites at below-market rates. The buildings include 26 and 30 Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park and 66 West Mount Pleasant Ave. in Livingston.
The Florham Park buildings include suites with private, glass-enclosed offices, along with reception areas, open spaces, huddle rooms and conference rooms, the news release said. The Livingston property, meantime, has turnkey medical office space with plumbing, exam rooms and an X-ray room.
