Law firm Manzi Epstein Lomurro & DeCataldo LLC has leased more than 9,000 square feet at a well-known office building in West Orange, in a deal arranged by Newmark.
According to the brokerage team, MELD Law is expanding as part of its relocation to The Offices at Crystal Lake at 1 Boland Drive. The property, which sits just off Interstate 280, allows the practice to meet its immediate space requirements while also providing room for growth.
Newmark Senior Managing Director Jeff Kolodkin and Associate Director Andrew Kirshenbaum represented the tenant, which focuses on family law, in the 9,152-suqare-foot deal.

Newmark noted that The Offices at Crystal Lake, which spans 122,863 square feet, sits on a 50-acre site with a five-acre lake and views of the New York City skyline. The building has a café, a fitness center, an executive dining area, meeting spaces, garage parking and a full-building backup generator.
