The owner of a well-known, high-end office building in Paramus has tapped Newmark as the leasing agent for the more than 240,000-square-foot property.
The brokerage team, which includes Jeff Schotz, Dan Reider, John Crawford and Jack Barclay, said it’s marketing some 54,000 square feet of flexible professional and medical office space at 115 West Century Road. That includes parts of the first and third floors, with the ability to accommodate users seeking 2,100 to 22,000 square feet.
Newmark added that the 240,016-square-foot building, owned by Premium Capital Resources, is fully modernized after a renovation that took place from 2016 to 2018.
“Country Club Plaza represents the epitome of what corporate office is about, with close proximity to major highways and public transportation, both in-building and nearby amenities and strong ownership,” said Schotz, an executive managing director with Newmark.
Located just west of the Garden State Parkway and Route 17, the three-story building has a renovated lobby, a concierge desk with on-site security and a modern conference center with A/V capabilities and 65 seats. The property also has an in-house café, a fitness center with locker and shower facilities and executive parking and on-site property management.
That makes it an attractive destination for a corporate headquarters, medical users or professional services firms, Newmark said. The firm also cited 115 West Century Road’s proximity to Westfield Garden State Plaza and a host of other major retail, dining and hospitality destinations, including Trader Joe’s, PGA Tour Superstore, Houlihan’s and Starbucks.
