Newmark Associates has brokered the nearly $1 million sale of a 7,400-square-foot office condominium in Somerset County, the firm said.
The brokerage, which represented the seller, said the property at 513 Warrenville Road in Warren fetched a price of $940,000. Executive Vice President David Bieber handled the assignment for the Cedar Knolls-based firm.
The property sits near the border of Warren and Green Brook and is about a mile and a half from Route 22.
