A furniture chain has added another location in New Jersey with a newly signed 15,000-square-foot lease in East Hanover, according to brokers involved in the deal.
Representing the landlord, Jeffery Realty said it completed the lease with Stickley Audi & Co. at 98 Route 10 in East Hanover. Shane Wierks, a broker and retail leasing specialist, handled the assignment for the North Plainfield-based firm.
Stephanie Harris of Ripco Real Estate represented the tenant, which is based in Manlius, New York.
