A bagel shop has opened a new 2,500-square-foot store in Park Ridge, following a lease arranged by NIA National Realty.
The brokerage on Thursday announced the long-term lease by Goldberg’s Original Bagels, which now occupies a freestanding building at 150 Kinderkamack Road. The new location, which previously housed a Boston Market, gives the business a presence in the borough’s downtown.
NIA National Realty Vice President Nina Bianco represented the landlord on behalf of the Paramus-based brokerage firm.
“Goldberg’s Original Bagels is a family-owned, community-minded business and the owners were seeking a space that was centrally located in an upscale town along a well-traveled road in Bergen County,” Bianco said. “This lease will guarantee they’ll be able to serve the upper Pascack Valley and Rockland County for many years to come.”
