The New Jersey Apartment Association has recognized the management team behind one of Larken Associates’ newest luxury rental properties in New Jersey.
The Branchburg-based firm announced Monday that it recently took home the NJAA’s Excellence in Property Management award in connection with Autumn Ride at Lopatcong, a 148-unit community that opened in 2021. The honor came as part of the organization’s 2024 Garden State Awards Gala, which took place on Nov. 6 at the Palace at Somerset Park in the Somerset section of Franklin.
Larken noted that, each year, the awards program celebrates the achievements of its members who demonstrate excellence in New Jersey’s competitive multifamily scene. Finalists are selected by a panel of industry experts in New Jersey and beyond.

Located just off Route 57, Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong has a mix of upscale one- and two-bedroom garage and garden-style apartments, Larken said. The property also has amenities such as a heated outdoor pool, a modern clubhouse, a fully equipped fitness center, a bark park and a sensory-sensitive playground.
