The owner of a Princeton-area office building has inked three leases for a combined 20,000 square feet, brokers with Newmark Knight Frank announced Friday.
The real estate services firm represented Golden Gate Management, the landlord at 1100 Cornwall Road, in recent transactions with Persistent Telecom Inc., Thinklusive Inc. and TekBasic LLC. The building, known as Princeton Park, is a three-story property in the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick.
NKF Managing Director Adam Silver and Director Rob Loderstedt completed the assignment, noting that all three newly completed leases are with technology firms.
“Realized by its three newest tenants as well as its tenants which have renewed their leases, Golden Gate Management has repositioned Princeton Park into an unmatched value in the central New Jersey market with its highly competitive lease rate and Class A appeal,” Silver said. “The building offers key enhancements to its tenants, including electronic car-charging stations, upgraded LED lighting, new exterior landscaping and pavers, cell booster technology and new signage. Combined with its strategic location, it offers everything to tenants on the lookout for a new office.”
The property sits off Route 1 and is minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike and other major highways. In a news release, NKF touted the granite-wrapped building’s sky-lit, three-story atrium lobby, along with its glass elevators and exterior balconies.
Tenants can also access amenities such as a new fitness center, café and conference center, the news release said. NKF also noted that ownership will complete a collaborative co-working space by the end of 2019.
“Tenants are increasingly seeing the benefits of relocating to Princeton Park,” Loderstedt said. “The recent leasing activity is evidence of the property’s strength as a highly desirable office environment.”
