A physical therapy practice has leased nearly 1,800 square feet at a medical office building outside Morristown, in a transaction arranged by Sheldon Gross Realty.
According to a news release, the deal at 1201 Mount Kemble Ave. in Harding Township has allowed North Jersey Physical Therapy Associates to expand beyond its longtime location in Hackettstown. Its new 1,775-square-foot space is part of what the brokers described as a historic building, where it will provide services including chronic pain treatment, cranial facial therapy and TMJ therapy.
Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross and Vice President Eric Weston represented the tenant, touting the site’s location near Interstate 287 and less than a 10-minute drive from Morristown Green.
“The success of a PT practice is often dictated by how large an area it can draw patients from,” Gross said. “That said, North Jersey Physical Therapy Associates has a uniquely favorable location, in that multiple communities in Morris, Somerset and Union counties are no more than 20 minutes away. And on top of all that, the Mount Kemble Avenue property offers terrific interior accommodations and parking options.”
