Nuveen Real Estate has filled more than 49,000 square feet after securing three new tenants at a renovated office campus outside Princeton, brokers with Cushman & Wakefield announced.
According to a news release, the transactions at Princeton Point in Plainsboro include a 31,000-square-foot deal with Trac Intermodal. The tenant will occupy part of the third floor at 600 College Road, one of two buildings at the campus just east of Route 1.
SiriusXM, meantime, has taken 14,500 square feet on the third floor of 650 College Road, the brokerage team said. In the third deal, a private office known as USA Formulations leased 3,700 square feet on the building’s first floor.
Cushman’s Todd Elfand and Kevin Carton represented Nuveen in the negotiations, noting that the landlord recently completed extensive renovations to offer tenants a modern, amenity-rich environment. That work led to new collaboration areas, a game room, a new lobby, active food service access and environmental initiatives such as EV charging stations and on-site honeybees.

Cushman announced the deals while noting that Princeton Point is within the Princeton Forrestal Center, with downtown Princeton, Princeton Junction train station and Route 1 located minutes away.
