A commercial furniture installer has taken nearly 214,000 square feet at an Elizabeth industrial building, brokers with The Blau & Berg Co. announced last week.
The leasing team said the facility, 720 South Front St., provides Twenty Four 7 Contracting with a location that’s roughly two miles from New Jersey Turnpike Exit 13 and minutes from Port Newark-Elizabeth. The tenant will occupy the full 213,806-square-foot building, which sits on about 11 acres.
Blau & Berg’s Jason Crimmins, Alessandro (Alex) Conte and Peter Murano represented the landlord, while Michael Schaible of Lee & Associates – WBE LLC represented the tenant.
