A regional restaurant operator has acquired a 14,000-square-foot commercial building in Glassboro, according to a brokerage team with Vantage Commercial.
The buyer, Williamstown-based PCF Restaurant Group, completed the deal at 111 East High St. as part of its expansion plan and interest in the township’s ongoing redevelopment, Vantage Commercial said. Owners Ed and Donna Herron, whose business operates 29 Pizza Hut locations in southern and central New Jersey, paid an undisclosed price for the three-story building.
“We are thrilled to have represented Ed and Donna in this notable acquisition,” said Vantage Commercial’s Vince Ceroli, a senior advisor, who completed the deal alongside Adviser Andrew O’Brien. “We believe this acquisition will have a positive impact on the future of Glassboro’s growth and the success of the PCF Restaurant Group. This transaction reflects Vantage’s commitment to deliver exceptional real estate solutions to our client and we’re very proud to be a part of it.”
PCF completed the deal with financial support from First National Bank of Elmer, which was represented by Robert Bender and Trevor Watson.
“Working with Ed, Donna and the PCF Restaurant Group has been a rewarding experience,” O’Brien said. “We look forward to seeing the positive changes this investment will bring to the community.”
