A new 1,850-square-foot Taco Bell has opened its doors in Wharton after a recently completed ground lease with Paramount Assets.
The landlord and real estate investment firm on Wednesday announced the restaurant’s debut at 321 Route 15. Taco Bell is now among the latest tenants at the 13,000-square-foot retail property just south of Interstate 80.
Paramount Chief Operating Officer Maurice Levy arranged the ground lease. Jason Pierson of Pierson Commercial and Ryan Feldman of Alliance Retail Development served as leasing agents in the transaction.
“We are thrilled to welcome our first Taco Bell restaurant to one of our properties,” Levy said. “Busy Lady Plaza, with its proximity to a Costco store, is an ideal location for the national chain’s expansion in the region and offers the community another popular dining option.”
