Peak Construction Corp., a design-build firm with a growing footprint in New Jersey, is celebrating a banner year as it also marks the 25th anniversary of its founding.
The Des Plains, Illinois-based contractor is observing the milestone this month, which follows its most successful year to date and comes amid an expanding list of repeat clients in the Midwest and Northeast. In the Garden State, that includes projects on behalf of developers such as Black Creek Group and Scannell Properties in key submarkets along the New Jersey Turnpike.
“I am humbled and proud of Peak achieving this 25-year milestone,” said Michael P. Sullivan Jr., the firm’s founder and CEO. “I frequently share the Muhammad Ali quote, ‘If your dreams don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough,’ as it truly encapsulates our entire team’s vision of who we want to be and the organization we want to continue constructing.
“All of this wouldn’t be possible without the wonderful partnerships and relationships we’ve built along the way — thank you to everyone who has supported Peak, and me personally, through the years, starting with my wife Mary and family.”
In a news release, the company noted that it started as a boutique firm that is now growing into a national organization. Its growing book of business also includes clients in the Chicago region, Wisconsin, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
