A plastic surgery practice has purchased nearly 2,500 square feet of medical office space in Tenafly, under a deal arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
The brokerage team, which represented the seller, said the suite at 2 Dean Drive will allow Tenafly Surgery Center LLC to grow while serving its existing patients across New York and New Jersey. What’s more, the location provides quick access to corridors such as Route 4 and interstates 80 and 95, while it’s blocks away from Englewood Health’s flagship hospital.
NAI Hanson’s Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented the seller, Narayanan Medical LLC and Center for Same Day Surgery LLC, in the 2,470-square-foot deal. They noted that the space, part of a three-story, 18,385-square-foot building, is fully outfitted for usage as a surgical center and includes an ambulatory care license, fixtures, furniture and modern equipment.
Terms were not disclosed.
