Peak Construction Corp. has hired a longtime industry executive as its chief operations officer.
The firm, which has a growing client base in New Jersey, said Keith G. Dafcik joins its team from Pepper Construction, where his focus included the industrial, corporate office, manufacturing, freezer and cooler, food processing and distribution, multifamily, senior living and hospitality market segments. He has also held executive roles with McShane Construction Co. and Clayco.
“We are very excited to have Keith join the Peak team,” said Michael P. Sullivan Jr., CEO and founder of the Rosemont, Illinois-based construction manager. “Keith’s knowledge and expertise will play a key role in Peak’s continued growth!”
Peak recently moved its East Coast office to East Windsor, seeking to accommodate its fast-growing pipeline and operations team in the region. As of last spring, the firm had completed 11 projects in the region over the past six years and was nearing completion, in progress or completing another six.
Its clients in the region have included MRP Industrial, Prologis, Trammell Crow Co., Black Creek Group, Link Industrial and Brookfield Properties.
