Brookfield Properties has tapped Peak Construction Corp. to build more than 326,000 square feet of new industrial space in West Windsor.
According to Peak, the Windsor 8 Logistics Center at 399 Princeton-Hightstown Road is slated for a fall 2025 delivery. Plans call for a 37.5-foot clear ceiling height, 57 dock doors with pneumatic dock levelers, two drive-in doors and parking for 163 cars and 73 trailers.
The Rosemont, Illinois-based contractor is building the 326,087-square-foot facility in tandem with Macgregor Associates Architects Inc. and Dynamic Engineering. In announcing the assignment, it noted that Brookfield Properties is operates more than 1,000 properties and some 380 million square feet of real estate in gateway markets on behalf of Brookfield Asset Management, one of the largest asset managers in the world.
