J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc. has sold a nearly 96,000-square-foot industrial building in Gloucester County to a global developer of ergonomic products.
The developer said the building, located at 1151 Commerce Center Blvd., is part of a multiphase complex in Logan Township that provides direct access to Interstate 295. The buyer, which J.G. Petrucci did not identify, paid an undisclosed sum for the 95,872-square-foot property.
JLL’s Dean Torosian and Kellen Murphy of Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP represented the seller, while Irene Tang of GD Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, respectively. In a news release, Petrucci said what’s known as Pureland Flex Center I features 32-foot clear ceiling heights, LED lighting and ample vehicle parking.
Nearby is Pureland Flex Center II, located at 431 Pedricktown Road, which is approved for 122,000 square feet with 138 trailer storage spaces, the developer said. Pureland Flex Center III, located at 2099 Center Square Road, is approved for a 75,732-square-foot building that Petrucci said is suited for a cold storage or food manufacturing company.
Both projects are shovel-ready and can deliver within six to eight months.
“Our company is well-positioned to deliver Class A projects that meet the demand of this strong industrial market,” said Joe Petrucci, a project executive with J.G. Petrucci. “We’re excited about Pureland Flex Center II and III. Both sites are fully approved and can accommodate a variety of different users — manufacturing, logistics or food processing, to name a few.”
