Three multifamily owners and management firms took home the top honors at the New Jersey Apartment Association’s recent Garden State Awards of Excellence gala, where the organization recognized dozens of rental communities and service providers.
The 25th annual ceremony, which drew a record attendance and number of nominations, took place on Nov. 8 at the Ocean Place Resort and Spa in Long Branch. As part of the program, the NJAA presented its coveted Management Company of the Year award to member firms in three different categories.
- The Westover Cos. (market rate management company with over 2,000 units)
- Fieldstone Properties LLC (market rate management company with under 2,000 units)
- Pennrose Management Co. (affordable management company)
“Our Garden State Awards of Excellence program is a true reflection of the hard work and professionalism our members bring to their residents,” said David Brogan, executive director of NJAA. “The Westover Companies, Fieldstone Properties and Pennrose Management all have incredibly impressive property portfolios; but what truly strikes me as remarkable is how each of these companies, and all our award winners, make resident satisfaction the core of their company operations.”
