Three fast casual restaurant chains are expanding their reach in New Jersey as part of several newly announced leases by Pierson Commercial.
Gary Krauss, a broker with the Marlboro-based firm, completed three recent transactions on behalf of Bubbakoo’s Burritos. The commitments include:
- 1,950 square feet at Village Green Shopping Center in Mount Olive, with Mona Holzberg of Ripco Real Estate representing the landlord, SDK Village Green LLC
- 2,500 square feet at the Copper Tree Shopping Center in Oakland, with Alison Cohen of Ripco representing the landlord, Shanvi LLC
- 1,200 square feet at Jonathan Square Shopping Plaza in Toms River, which is owned by GT Medical FLP
Bubbakoo’s was slated to open the Mount Olive location in the first quarter, while the Oakland and Toms River stores debuted last fall, Pierson said.
Krauss also represented Blaze Pizza in a 2,500-square-foot lease at Manalapan Commons in Manalapan, according to a news release. The store opened last October.
In Wall, Krauss represented Mamoun’s Falafel in a 2,560-square-foot commitment at the Wall Promenade Shopping Center, where the chain is slated to open in the second quarter. Marta Villa of JLL represented the landlord, Rt 35 Wall Promenade LLC.
Mamoun’s also leased 2,094 square feet in Rutherford Commons Shopping Center at 150 Route 17 North in East Rutherford, Krauss said. CJ Huter and Lew Finkelstein of The Goldstein Group represented the landlord.
