A Hawaiian poke bowl restaurant has leased 900 square feet in the Pine Brook section of Montville, in a recent deal arranged by Azarian Realty Co.
According to a news release, the commitment by Poke 46 brings Pine Brook Plaza at 6 Route 46 to full occupancy. The eatery will now occupy one of seven tenant spaces at the 7,941-square-foot, one-story property, offering dine-in and takeout service with a menu that also includes sushi bowls and bubble teas.
Poke 46 is restaurateur Jack Lin’s third location in New Jersey, following stores in Millburn and Springfield, the news release said. Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty represented both parties in the deal, noting that the eatery joins co-tenants including F45 Training, Nail Connection, Luxe Hair Salon, Taqueria La Unica, Number 1 Chinese Restaurant and a spa.
