A medical imaging company has sold a 30,600-square-foot industrial building in Piscataway, in a $3.2 million transaction arranged by Atlantic Real Estate Services.
The brokerage and consulting firm said it represented Swissray International Inc. in the sale of 31 Gordon Road. Atlantic also represented the buyer, LFO USA LLC.
Brian Dudzinski and Dustin Weeks handled the assignment for the Bridgewater-based firm. To facilitate the sale, the brokerage team helped Swissray lease 2,586 square feet of new office space at 1090 King Georges Road in Edison.
