A trailer leasing company has acquired a Piscataway industrial park for $10.5 million, in a newly completed transaction by NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
The brokerage firm represented an undisclosed seller in the trade of 28 Howard St., which spans more than 26 acres near routes 22 and 28 and Interstate 287. The buyer, Contracting Leasing Corp., will operate its business at what’s known as the Clover Leaf Industrial Park.
NAI DiLeo-Bram’s Chris Galiano completed the deal, citing the property’s highway access and surrounding labor pool.
“We are pleased to have brought a new industrial company to this property,” said Galiano, a managing director and principal with the Piscataway-based brokerage firm. “The property features an active rail line and offers a myriad of development opportunities, making it well positioned for future expansions for all of the tenants.”
