A plasma donation center is backfilling a former Rite Aid store in Edison, in the largest of several new leases announced by The Goldstein Group.
According to the brokerage firm, CSL Plasma is leasing 10,730 square feet at the Inman Shopping Center at 1125 Inman Ave. The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein, Vice President CJ Huter, Director Chris Conway and Sales Associate Roy Paret represented the landlord, Oak Grove Associates, while Warren Searles of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
Also joining the shopping center are Dunkin, which is leasing 1,700 square feet at a new pad building, and Ivy Rehab, which is taking 2,000 square feet. Corey Taber of Equity Real Estate represented the latter.
The Goldstein Group team also announced Monday that Wells Fargo is renewing its lease for a bank pad site at the property.
“Inman Grove Shopping Center is a neighborhood shopping center anchored by Stop & Shop Supermarket,” said Chuck Lanyard, the firm’s president. “The property has great visibility, tremendous traffic counts and strong population numbers which led to the tenants’ decision to move into the center.”
Other retailers at the center include Subway, Allstate, Verizon, DQ and Taco Bell, among many others.
