A fast-growing acai bowl and healthy food chain has lined up four additional locations in New Jersey, under a series of transactions announced by The Goldstein Group.
The brokerage firm said it represented Playa Bowls in the transactions, which total more than 8,500 square feet. The transactions include:
- A 1,500-square-foot lease at 99 Westwood Ave. in Westwood with 99 Westwood Ave LLC.
- A 1,700-square-foot lease at 796 Bloomfield Ave. in West Caldwell; Vanguard Realty represented the landlord.
- An 1,800-square-foot lease at 561 Route 18 in East Brunswick; Jerry Welks of Welco Realty represented Summerhill Square LLC, the landlord.
- A 3,500-square-foot lease at 82 Park Ave. in Rutherford; James Malki represented the landlord, Abram Barhshon LLC
Marc Palestina, director for The Goldstein Group, represented the tenant.
