The Hampshire Cos. has announced the addition of five new employees to support its continued growth.
The real estate investment firm, which is based in Morristown, announced that it has hired Jay Stasi as senior development manager, Shanette Robbolino as operations administrator, Kristina Fitzpatrick as an investor relations marketing specialist, Dominick Maietta as real estate services coordinator and John Frisina as analyst.
“Throughout our history, our ability to deliver tangible, transformative real estate investment projects has been reliant on deploying a highly experienced team made up of the best real estate professionals in the business,” said Deborah Paige Hanson, principal, executive vice president and fund manager with Hampshire. “We welcome each of these employees to the Hampshire family and look forward to leveraging their deep experience and knowledge to assist us in executing our short and long-term investment strategies.”
Stasi joins Hampshire from Spandrel Development Partners, where he was vice president of construction. As senior development manager, he will work closely with Hampshire’s development and construction teams to maximize efficiencies throughout the firm’s development pipeline.
Robbolino previously worked for New York Life Insurance Co., Equity Office Properties Trust, and MDN Medical Billing, according to a news release. Originally hired as an investor relations administrator, Robbolino will be transitioning into the role of operations administrator, where she will support the operations team and help oversee corporate processes throughout the firm.
Joining the investor relations team, Fitzpatrick previously worked at UBS and Owl Creek Asset Management. She also previously worked as a reporter for Institutional Investor. As investor relations marketing specialist, Fitzpatrick will prepare content for investor marketing materials for fund launches and direct investment opportunities, as well as for investor and fund advisory board meetings.
Since joining Hampshire on a temporary basis in 2017, Maietta has worked closely with the property management team on several social projects.
Bolstering Hampshire’s self-storage team, Frisina will work closely with senior management in the development and management of Hampshire’s self-storage pipeline. Before joining the firm, Frisina, a recent graduate of Rutgers University, completed an internship with Hampshire.
